You are never locked to one provider. The two RFID cards in the box are already paired to your charger, so it is protected against unauthorised use from the moment it goes on the wall — no surcharge and no subscription. Every e-flo charger has 4G and speaks open OCPP 1.6J and 2.0.1. Connect it to our backend software, your employer's software, or any provider you like. Want to switch provider? Every e-flo PRO ships with two RFID cards that work straight out of the box — tap to start, tap to stop. They are paired to that charger only and need no account, no app and no provider behind them.
Handy when the charger sits somewhere semi-accessible — a shared driveway, a courtyard, a small business car park. Only whoever holds a card can start a session.
Your installer switches authentication on or off at commissioning: leave it off in a private garage and the charger simply works; switch it on and only the cards start it. Add a backend later and you keep both.

Every e-flo PRO supports a master key card. Hold the master key to the reader, take it away, then hold the card you want to authorise to the reader — it is written to the charger's local whitelist straight away. Present the master key again and tap a card that already has access to remove it.
No laptop, no site visit and no back-office ticket. It keeps working with the charger offline, because the whitelist lives on the charger itself.
