You already sell and install chargers. Today that is a one-off invoice: you fit the unit, you send the bill, and the relationship goes quiet until something breaks. Every charger you install could instead be a line on a monthly invoice — because the platform underneath it is yours to resell.
A charger is a good sale exactly once. The margin is real but finite, and next year you have to find another customer to earn it again. Meanwhile the platform the charger reports to — the part your customer pays for every month, forever — belongs to somebody else.
| Selling hardware only | Hardware + platform | |
|---|---|---|
| Year one | Margin on the unit, once | Margin on the unit, plus a monthly line |
| Year two | € 0 from last year's customer | The same monthly line, with no new sale |
| Year five | Still € 0 | Five years of compounding base |
| What your business is worth | Valued on this year's sales | Valued on recurring revenue, at a far higher multiple |
| Customer contact | Goes quiet after handover | Monthly — which is where the next sale comes from |
Put in the numbers you actually do. Everything is calculated live and you can check every line.
Each charge point costs you € 0 for its first 30 months, then € 3 per month — so the default is € 0 for the first two and a half years, and the calculator below applies the € 3 from month 31. What you charge your customer is entirely yours to set.
The operator programme builds a network. This one builds a business selling into one. Commit to 250 e-flo PRO chargers at € 540 each — € 135.000 — with € 65.000 down and the remaining € 70.000 over six months — the first two of them payment-free. You sell before you pay: the stock funds its own instalments.
Called off in batches against your own sell-through — you are not warehousing 250 chargers. Delivery schedule, territory focus and payment dates are agreed in writing.
€ 540, not € 530 — and we will say why. Our spot price at ten units and up is € 530, paid before the pallet leaves. Here you pay € 10 more per charger and we carry € 70.000 for you, interest-free, with the first two months payment-free. That tenner is the financing, and it is cheaper than any bank would price the same risk.
What you get for it besides the money: a price that is fixed. € 530 has to be re-earned on every order and moves with volume; € 540 is what you pay on charger one and charger 250, however the market turns.
You are not buying a franchise. No territory exclusivity is sold, no royalty is charged and no share of your revenue is taken — you set your street price, you own your customers, and you keep every euro above € 540.
What we ask in return is simple: that the volume is real. The commitment is the price, and it is the only thing we negotiate.
The two deferred months are the point. A distributor opening a market needs stock on the shelf and time to sell it, not a payment schedule that starts before the first customer does. Nothing is due in months one and two; the six instalments then run alongside your sell-through.
Selling to installers who then operate chargers for their customers? Every unit you move carries MobiFLO with it — the software argument your competitors' shelves cannot answer.
Your numbers, calculated live. Hardware margin plus what you bill for the platform, against the € 3 per charge point we charge you from month 31.
Buy price is fixed at € 540 by the programme. The platform costs you € 0 per charge point for its first 30 months and € 3 per month after — both are in the maths below.
Figures are illustrative and depend on your own selling price, sell-through and platform attach rate. Programme terms, delivery schedule and payment dates are agreed in writing. Financing is subject to acceptance.
The e-flo PRO lists at € 699 excluding BTW. You pay € 580 under ten units and € 530 at ten and up — so € 169 a charger, around 32% on your buy price, before anything you bill for the platform.
Every e-flo charger you install runs on the MobiFLO CPMS at € 0 per charge point for its first 30 months, then € 3 per month. Whatever you bill your customer above that is margin — and a charger you replace starts a fresh 30-month window.
You set the price, you own the invoice, you own the relationship. We are not in the room.
A customer whose sites, tariffs, RFID cards and invoicing live in a platform you supply does not switch for € 20 off a box.
Monthly contact surfaces faults, expansions and new sites before anyone else hears about them. The install pipeline feeds itself.
The charger speaks open OCPP. If your customer ever wants a different backend they can have one — which is exactly why they trust you to sell them this one.
No. Most resellers never operate a network themselves — they sell and install for customers who do. If you do want to operate your own network, that is the operator programme, which is a different offer.
Normal reseller pricing is per order: € 580 under ten units, € 530 at ten and up. The distributor programme is a commitment: 250 chargers at € 540 each — € 135.000 in total, with € 65.000 down and the remaining € 70.000 over six months — the first two payment-free, then six instalments of € 11.667. Stock is called off in batches as you sell rather than warehoused up front. The deferral exists so a distributor opening a market can sell before paying. It suits anyone who wants a fixed price that does not move order by order. No territory exclusivity is sold and no royalty or revenue share is charged.
€ 0 for each charge point's first 30 months, then € 3 per charge point per month. Bill your customer € 5–8 and the spread is yours from day one and still yours after month 31. A charger you replace starts a fresh free window, so keeping your estate current keeps your cost near zero.
Yes. The operator console and the driver app can carry your branding, so your customer sees your business, not ours.
The platform speaks OCPP 1.6J and 2.0.1, so most existing hardware can be connected. Note that only e-flo chargers come with the platform at no cost — other brands are licensed normally.
The list price is € 699 excluding BTW. You buy at € 530 from ten units (€ 580 below ten), so roughly € 169 a charger — about 32% on your buy price — and more if you sell above list, which many installers do inside a fitted package. Over any period longer than a year the recurring platform revenue is usually the larger number.
The EU, Morocco and the Gulf. There is no exclusivity and no protected territory — we would rather have several good resellers in a market than one who sits on it.
Ten days from payment for standard orders, because we don't overstock — orders go into an optimised production process instead of sitting in a warehouse. Volume orders get a confirmed schedule with the quote.
Every e-flo PRO supports a master key card. Hold the master key to the reader, take it away, then hold the card you want to authorise to the reader — it is written to the charger's local whitelist straight away. Present the master key again and tap a card that already has access to remove it.
No laptop, no site visit and no back-office ticket. It keeps working with the charger offline, because the whitelist lives on the charger itself.
Tell us how many chargers you place a year and where, and we will come back with reseller pricing and the platform terms in writing.
